PRIVACY POLICY
The following policy explains how we use any information we receive from website visitors and how we protect your privacy. When you complete a cruise enquiry form we need to know your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information, together with details of the cruise you enquired about, is used to process your request for information. You will receive a response by telephone or email.
The cruise enquiry form information is only retained by GoCruise Holidays if you have expressed an interest in receiving future information. The only exception to this will be for competition entries, please see ‘Competitions – terms & conditions’ below. Security procedures are in place to reduce the risk of unauthorised access to all information.
We use tracking software to monitor website traffic and usage and to help us develop the functionality of the website. This software does not enable us to capture any personal information.
We will not disclose information about a website visitor or enquirer to any other person or organisation without your consent unless we are legally required to do so or (in our opinion) if there is an emergency situation that makes it necessary to do so.
GoCruise Holidays may from time to time send you occasional updates or offers via email. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the instructions within the email.

COMPETITIONS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only name and answer is required to enter competition. Winners will be chosen at random and notified by email, they will then have 14 days to confirm an address for despatch of prize(s). One entry per person per competition permitted. All entrants must be over the age of 18 years at time of closing date and resident in the United Kingdom. The name and county of each winner will be displayed on the website. See each individual competition for any further specific terms & conditions. Please sate in the body of your email entry if you do not wish to receive further information from GoCruise Holidays.
