PRIVACY POLICY
The following policy explains how we use any information we receive from Website visitors and how we protect your privacy.
1. When you complete a cruise enquiry form we need to know your name, address and region you live in, telephone numbers and e-mail address. This information, together with details of the cruise you enquired about, is forwarded to an agent in order for them to process your request for information. They will respond direct to you by telephone or email.
2. The cruise enquiry form information is also retained on computer by GoCruise Holidays for a period of 3 months after which time it is deleted. Thereafter we only retain your name, email address and reference to the cruise you enquired upon. Security procedures are in place to prevent unauthorised access to that information.
3. We use tracking software to monitor Website traffic and usage and to help us develop the functionality of the Website. This software does not enable us to capture any personal information.
4. We will not disclose information about a Website visitor or enquirer to any other person or organisation without your consent unless we are legally required to do so or if there is an emergency situation that makes it necessary to do so
5. GoCruise may send you occasional updates or offers via email. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the instructions within the email

In the event of competitions run exclusively by GoCruise Holidays, winners will be chosen at random and notified by email, they will have 14 days to confirm an address for despatch of prize(s). One entry per person per competition permitted. All entrants must be over the age of 18 years at time of closing date and resident in the United Kingdom. The name and county of each winner will be displayed on the website. Each competition will state any further specific terms & conditions.
